Services and plans

GEO Fix offers paid digital services that check AI-search readiness and deliver reports, files, and CMS-specific instructions. Current plans include Express Check, Starter, Pro, and Agentic Commerce (custom scope and pricing).

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, delivery is by email: an HTML report, a file package, and/or Markdown instructions or download links. Optional on-site implementation may be offered as a separate paid service or custom scope.

Orders and payment

• You must provide accurate contact and site details at checkout.
• Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout as one-time charges. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Prices shown on the site exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Stripe may calculate and display applicable taxes, receipts, or invoices where required.
• An order is placed when Stripe confirms payment. Work on your order may begin immediately after confirmation.
• By paying, you confirm that you have read and accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Authority to submit a site

You confirm that you are authorised to submit the website URL for analysis and that you have the right to allow GEO Fix to scan and review publicly accessible pages for the purpose of delivering the ordered service.

Do not submit sites you do not control, sites you are not permitted to test, or sensitive personal data through checkout or email.

Acceptable use

• Do not use GEO Fix for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful sites or purposes.
• Do not submit third-party sites without proper authority.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.
• Do not send special-category or sensitive personal data unless we explicitly agree in writing.
• We may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order if we reasonably believe these rules are violated.

Deliverables and licence

Reports, files, and instructions are provided for your internal use to improve your own website and business operations.

You may share them with your employees and contractors working on your site. You may not resell, sublicense, or publish our deliverables as a standalone product without our written permission.

We may use your company name, logo, or site only in marketing with your separate permission.

No guarantees on AI outcomes

GEO Fix prepares technical materials and guidance. AI platforms, search engines, CMS limits, WAF/CDN rules, and your own implementation decisions affect outcomes.

We do not guarantee AI visibility, citations, traffic, leads, rankings, or revenue. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or third-party platform changes, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes should first be raised with [email protected]. Courts in Germany have jurisdiction where permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence may still apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
