Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for GEO Fix services sold by NeuroGen Lab Softwareentwicklung & KI-Beratung (NeuroGen Lab). It works together with our Terms of Service.
GEO Fix sells digital services that often begin immediately after payment. Please read this policy before checkout.
Dissatisfaction with AI visibility, citations, or recommendations is not a ground for a refund. GEO Fix does not guarantee those outcomes.
General principle
After Stripe confirms payment, your order is treated as started. Refunds are generally not available once we have begun processing or have delivered the report, file package, or instructions, except where GEO Fix failed to deliver the paid scope or applicable law requires a refund.
When a refund may be considered
- GEO Fix could not deliver the paid service due to our technical failure and cannot complete redelivery within a reasonable time.
- You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment), confirmed after our review.
- Applicable consumer law gives you a right we cannot lawfully exclude.
When a refund is usually not available
- The HTML report, file package, or instructions were generated and sent to the email provided at checkout.
- You are unhappy because your site was not cited or recommended by an AI assistant.
- You entered an incorrect email or site URL. We will try to help with redelivery, but that is not an automatic refund.
- You changed your mind after payment while processing had already started.
- Issues caused by your CMS, hosting, CDN/WAF, third-party plugins, or changes you did not implement.
How to request a review
Email [email protected] with your order email, site URL, and a short description of the issue. We review cases manually.
If a refund is approved, it is processed through Stripe to the original payment method where possible.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you open a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we may provide Stripe and the issuer with order and delivery records. Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue faster.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date on this page shows the latest version.
