It is not a replacement for SEO — it complements it.

AI assistants rely on their own crawlers and signal stack. If their bots cannot pass your WAF, llms.txt is missing, schema is thin, or the content is hard to quote — models get less business context than Google. GEO Fix helps close those technical gaps.

A paid AI-readiness diagnostic for one site. We check the site's accessibility to AI bots and the quality of robots.txt, llms.txt and schema markup. The result is an HTML report with the issues we found and prioritised recommendations. Starter and Pro deliverables are not included — only the report.

The symbolic fee filters out drive-by requests and marks the start of the work. Once Stripe confirms payment, we run the Express Check diagnostic checklist and assemble the report.

The report is emailed to you after the payment is confirmed. We commit to a specific turnaround at checkout — the exact lead time depends on team load and site scale.

Timing depends on how often AI-platform crawlers refresh and how their indexes update — that is controlled by the platforms, not GEO Fix. So we do not promise visibility in a specific AI product within N days. For Pro we run a follow-up signal check after implementation to confirm the changes are read correctly.

Starter ($249 / €249) is the technical GEO bundle: robots.txt, llms.txt, JSON-LD schema, .md guides for installation and data hygiene, plus a report. Pro ($499 / €499) adds manual review of a capped page set, recommendations on structure and citation-readiness of copy, an expanded report and a post-implementation signal recheck. We support Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix and Webflow; for other CMS we provide general instructions with alternative install paths. Most of the time you do not need a developer — admin or hosting access plus careful JSON-LD placement is enough. If you'd rather have it done for you, the $99 'on-site installation' add-on covers it.

A bespoke engagement for large catalogs and complex CMS stacks where you need architecture for AI channels and integrations — with agents over APIs, with feeds, with recommendation systems. Budget starts from $2,000, with a typical $2,000–$5,000 range once the scope is clear. Suitable for shops and platforms preparing for sales through AI assistants. Direct sales via any specific AI channel are not guaranteed — the focus is technical readiness.

An optional service on top of Starter or Pro: we deploy the package files on your site within an agreed CMS scope and the credentials you provide. Billed separately from the plan; we agree on the scope before starting.

llms.txt is a text file on your site that briefly describes the business, key sections and rules for systems that read it. It does not replace strong on-page content, but helps AI assistants orient faster in the site's structure.

Often yes: default rules can throttle AI bots the same way they throttle other traffic. The Express Check report flags blocks that are visible from the outside. In Starter and Pro we provide practical steps to allow access for the right bots without weakening protection against scrapers.

We recommend allowing trusted bots from known AI platforms and blocking aggressive scrapers — via robots.txt and CDN/WAF settings. The final access policy stays with the site owner and your security team.

A refund is possible within 14 days if GEO Fix did not deliver against the plan terms. Once the report or implementation files have been generated and sent, the service is considered delivered unless applicable law requires otherwise. Full terms live in the Refund Policy on the site.

Listed prices exclude VAT. Stripe may add local taxes at checkout depending on the buyer's country and B2B/B2C status. The final amount including taxes is shown before you confirm the payment.
